Return and Exchanges If, for any reason (except defective equipment which will be replaced or other items which are not returnable - see below) you return all or part of your equipment ordered from Commercial Electronics within 30 days of your purchase you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, or $10.00 (whichever is greater) for all returnable products. Restocking fees are charged to offset actual costs of repackaging, restocking & administration incurred. If you purchase a different system or other like equipment (of equal or greater value) your restocking fee will be reduced to 5% of the purchase price or $10.00 (whichever is greater). Under no circumstances will credit be issued after the 30 day return period. Not Returnable: System manuals, batteries, software and downloadable documents purchased are NOT returnable. Please be sure you have selected the correct manual before completing your order. Refused Packages: The standard restocking fee (15%) will be reduced to 10% plus shipping costs for all orders shipped and refused when delivery is attempted. Shipping Charges: All returned equipment shipped at the customer’s expense.    To return product you must obtain return authorization from Commercial Electronics by contacting us at 1-866-851-2570 or by mail.   The following must be provided: Customer name, date of purchase, product information, and a full description of the problem.  Upon receiving return authorization, customer must ship product at customer's expense to Commercial Electronics at 1318 N. Brazos, San Antonio, TX 78207.  Commercial Electronics will not accept damaged shipments or unauthorized returns.  Upon receipt of undamaged product returned within the 30-day money back guarantee, Commercial Electronics will process a refund within 3 business days.
